Play Cove — User Agreement & Terms

1) About Play Cove

Play Cove (“Play Cove,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides social and entertainment gameplay features. Play Cove uses virtual promotional tokens called Cove Coins for gameplay and on-site features.

Cove Coins are entertainment-only virtual items and have no cash value. Cove Coins are not redeemable for money and are not transferable between user accounts.

Play Cove may also issue Fish Chips as promotional sweepstakes entries. Fish Chips are redeemed through GoFish.Today, which is a separate platform and may have separate rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Purchasing Cove Coins does not increase sweepstakes odds. Sweepstakes eligibility, methods of entry, and prize rules are governed by applicable official rules. Void where prohibited.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where participation is lawful.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of Play Cove complies with local laws.
Play Cove may restrict or deny access where required for legal or compliance reasons.

3) Account Registration and Security

One account per person unless expressly permitted in writing.
You must provide accurate, current registration information.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your login credentials.
Accounts may not be sold, shared, transferred, or assigned.
We may suspend, limit, or close accounts for suspected abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

4) Cove Coins (Virtual Entertainment Tokens)

Cove Coins are digital promotional/entertainment items for use within Play Cove features.
Cove Coins do not represent money, property, or stored value.
Cove Coins are non-redeemable for cash and non-transferable between users.
Balances, grants, and promotional offers may be adjusted or discontinued at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

5) Fish Chips (Promotional Sweepstakes Entries)

Fish Chips are distinct from Cove Coins.
Fish Chips may be awarded through promotions, bonus programs, or gameplay-related offers.
Fish Chips may have limits, expiration windows, rank criteria, or timing restrictions (for example, periodic distribution windows).
Not all users or ranks are guaranteed automatic Fish Chip distributions.
Fish Chips are used only for eligible sweepstakes participation under applicable rules.

Sweepstakes redemption and prize handling occur on GoFish.Today under that platform’s official rules and compliance requirements.

No Purchase Necessary: where required by law, free alternative methods of entry are made available under applicable official sweepstakes rules.

6) Purchases, Billing, and Chargebacks

Any purchase on Play Cove is for digital entertainment/promotional items as described at checkout.
You agree not to initiate improper chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving delivered digital items.
We may investigate disputed transactions and take account action where misuse is identified.
You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges required by your jurisdiction.

7) Refund and Return Policy

Digital Items

Digital items (including Cove Coins) are generally non-returnable once delivered.
Any exception is at Play Cove’s discretion or where required by applicable law.

Physical Merchandise (If Offered)

If physical goods are sold, return terms are shown at checkout or in the applicable store policy.
Unless otherwise stated, returned items must be unused and in original condition.

8) Prohibited Conduct

Fraud, abuse, botting, automation, or multi-account manipulation.
Attempting to exploit bugs, payment systems, promotions, or ranking systems.
Harassment, unlawful content, or interference with platform operations.
Any conduct that violates these Terms, posted rules, or applicable law.

9) Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, promotion, or program at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access for legal, security, fraud, or compliance reasons.
We may update these Terms; continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.

10) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Play Cove is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continuous availability of any feature or promotion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Play Cove is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform, third-party services, or promotional participation.

11) Third-Party Services

Play Cove may link to third-party platforms, including GoFish.Today. We are not responsible for third-party terms, policies, availability, or outcomes. You should review third-party rules directly.
