About Play Cove

Play Cove (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides entertainment-only gameplay using Cove Coins. Cove Coins have no cash value and are not redeemable for money or prizes.

From time to time, Play Cove may award complimentary promotional entries called Fish Chips. Fish Chips are redeemable exclusively at GoFish.Today, a separate sweepstakes promotions platform.

Eligibility

• You must be the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must be located in a permitted jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for ensuring participation is lawful where you reside.

Accounts & Access

• One account per person.
• Your account name must match your legal name and payment method.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared.
• We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts for violations, fraud, chargebacks, or compliance review.

Cove Coins (Entertainment Only)

Cove Coins are virtual entertainment tokens used only within Play Cove.

• Used for games, rankings, raffles, and promotional features.
• Have no monetary value.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Non-transferable between accounts.

Fish Chips (Promotional Sweepstakes Entries)

Fish Chips are promotional entries separate from Cove Coins.

• May be awarded as bonuses with certain Cove Coin purchases.
• May be won via Daily Spin promotions.
• May be distributed every 12 hours to eligible ranks.
• Not all ranks qualify for automatic Fish Chip distributions.
• Higher ranks may receive larger distributions.

Fish Chips are used exclusively at GoFish.Today under that platform’s Official Rules.

No Purchase Necessary: Complimentary Fish Chips may be requested directly through GoFish.Today in accordance with sweepstakes rules.

Refund & Replacement Policy

Digital Items

• Cove Coins are digital entertainment items.
• Digital purchases are non-returnable once delivered.

Physical Merchandise (If Applicable)

• Returns accepted within 30 days for unused items.
• Must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Raffles & Promotions

• Participation in raffles is optional.
• Cove Coins may be used for raffle entries within Play Cove.
• Entries have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• No purchase is required to obtain sweepstakes entries.
• Purchasing Cove Coins does not improve winning odds.
• Odds depend on total eligible entries received.
• Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time.
• Void where prohibited.

All sweepstakes prize redemption occurs exclusively on GoFish.Today.
